Stormwater Management Project

The dream we are working towards.


The BLISS Meadows master plan was designed with community input and feedback. 


We have updated it as we observe how people, and water, move across our sloping landscape.


A stormwater management project is fully funded thanks to the National Fish and Wildlife Federation, the Department of Natural Resources, and the Chesapeake Bay Trust. 


We are awaiting final permit approval from Baltimore City. We anticipate this project to be completed this year.
