Outdoor Preschool

We are currently working to launch an outdoor preschool at BLISS Meadows. 

With the passing of bill HB525 that was enacted in July 2023, we have been a part of a working group with the Maryland State Department of Education to develop draft regulations for outdoor preschool licensing in Maryland!

We are hopeful to implement this program soon!
