The dream we are working towards.
The BLISS Meadows master plan was designed with community input and feedback. We have updated it as we observe how people, and water, move across our sloping landscape.
Our vision integrates nature-centered design with ecological infrastructure and public programming.
We are awaiting final permit approval from Baltimore City, and anticipate this project to be completed in 2026.
